Brisket Mac and Cheese is a deliciously indulgent twist on the classic comfort food that combines creamy macaroni and cheese with tender, savory beef brisket.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz pipe rigate pasta
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama®
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded leftover beef brisket
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
  2. Add whole milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth to the pasta; stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Gradually stir in both types of shredded cheeses until melted into the mixture.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama®, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper; mix thoroughly.
  5. In a separate pot, heat shredded brisket with beef broth and BBQ sauce until warm.
  6. Serve mac and cheese topped with brisket mixture and additional BBQ sauce if desired.
