  • 68 croissants
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with half of the cheddar cheese and spread this mixture over the croissant pieces.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
