Chilled Peach Sangria is the perfect drink for warm summer days, combining refreshing fruits with a light and bubbly base.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peach or pineapple juice
  • Ginger ale or soda water

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the peaches and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine all sliced fruit.
  3. Add chilled peach juice and stir gently to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, top with ginger ale or soda water for fizz.
  6. Pour into glasses over ice, garnishing with extra fruit slices as desired.
