  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until finely crumbled. Mix in sugar and melted butter until combined.
  4. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned; let cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
