  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  2. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth while scraping browned bits from the skillet.
  4. Add gnocchi and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Lower heat; stir in heavy cream and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet along with grated Parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
