  3. Once syrup reaches temperature, slowly pour it into whipped egg whites while mixing on medium speed.
  4. Continue whisking on medium-high until thickened (about 7-8 minutes). Add vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Allow fluff to cool completely before using or storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
