  • 2 cups Cooked Corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Cotija Cheese
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeño
  • Green Onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili Powder
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of canola oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Mix cooked corn with mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, jalapeño, green onions, and garlic salt.
