  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Au Jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Au Jus mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Combine cooked chicken and potatoes in the skillet.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts or cover until melted.
  7. Serve hot from the skillet.
