  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (½ cup), room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until evenly mixed.
