  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter; sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar; cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap around the mixture tightly to form a round shape.
  5. Use rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape by wrapping them around the ball.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and top with your bell pepper stem.
