  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: food coloring, granulated sugar for rolling, chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter and combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth. If desired, add food coloring.
  3. Spread mixture on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
  4. Once firm, roll into small balls and coat with granulated sugar.
