  • 1 cup whipping cream (chilled)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • Cinnamon garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and melted butter. Press into a trifle dish or serving cups.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree with brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Whip chilled cream until soft peaks form; fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Layer half of the pumpkin mixture over the crust followed by half of the whipped cream mixture. Repeat layers.
  6. Garnish with chopped pecans and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
