  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until well mixed.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Mix remaining pumpkin spice into the reserved icing and drizzle over the warm monkey bread.
