  • 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberry layer, swirling slightly for even distribution.
  5. Evenly sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.
  6. Scatter semisweet and white chocolate chips over the layers.
