  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and lightly spray it.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until combined; cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the cooled butter mixture and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate into spider web designs on each brownie.
