  • ¾ cup strawberry jam or preserves

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and powdered sugars until fluffy.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough into discs; create a small well for jam in half of the discs.
  7. Fill with strawberry jam and top with another disc; seal edges by crimping with a fork.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
